The journey of Manase began with a deeply personal experience. For nearly two years, we witnessed a family member struggle with mental health challenges. Watching that journey closely helped us understand how difficult it can be to find the right support and how important compassionate guidance truly is. Combined with a professional background in this field, that experience inspired the creation of Manase in March 2026.
Manase was built on the belief that no one should have to face their struggles alone, and that seeking support for mental health should be as natural and accessible as seeking treatment for physical illness. Mental health challenges can be deeply serious and, in some cases, life-threatening. Yet the stigma surrounding them often prevents people from reaching out.
Through Manase, our aim is to reshape the way mental health is understood in India — bringing awareness, compassion, and meaningful change to the conversation.
